0:00-0:02 On the day of diagnosis to patients, I will treat the COVID-19 depending on their severity.

0:05-0:10 Even for mild cases patients, I prescribe a drug called Claris as an anti-inflammatory and sputum remover. This means pneumonia prevention, okay

0:14-0:16 And I'm also prescribing Caronal. And Medico cough medicine.

0:18-0:26 And those who are at risk of becoming severe, Or if the oxygen (blood oxygen concentration) is slightly low - and the SpO2 oxygen saturation is 95% or less -, they could be severe.

0:28-0:36 Especially for those who are 93% or less, after giving various explanations to them, I am prescribing ivermectin and Decadron - a steroid - .

0:37-0:40 Take ivermectin at that time. Take it only once. It's easy

0:41-0:43 So, this is 2000 yen, which is one dose. You can buy this online too. And I got so many inquiries every day.

0:48-0:53 Last week, I gave a lecture on ivermectin to the physicians of the Tokyo Insurance Medical Association.

0:55-0:57 Then, according to them, there is no more ivermectin in Tokyo.

0:59-1:00 When I asked why, as it's a scabies drug,

1:01-1:09 Although the pharmacies used by dermatologists for scabies, can be received ivermectin, other pharmacies - pharmacy with no transaction record - will not be allowed to buy it.
[There is a reason, why it is not available.]

1:11 It seems that there is pressure from the administration.

1:13-1:25 While, ivermectin works. A group of USA doctors and a group of UK doctors have already stated that ivermectin is the best of the best drug to reduce the severity-rate and mortality rate, you know.

1:27-1:34 But Merck will not budget for ivermectin clinical trials because they developing even more expensive new drugs. And they says, we have not interested in it.

1:36-1:44 That's why, in this case, a pharma company called Kowa in Nagoya is going to do a doctor-led clinical trial at the Kitasato Institute (there is Dr. Omura, who Nobel Prize) with a budget of hundreds of millions of yen.

1:46-1:49 But this is that subjects are admitted to the Kitasato Institute, where they are given ivermectin.

1:52-1:54 Those who let take and those who do not, even if we study such a thing, we're getting nowhere.

1:58-202 That's why the practitioners should do it, and although the doctors of the Tokyo Metropolitan Medical Association said that they would cooperate.

2:04-2:07 Now, the other day… I asked last week, they say the Tokyo Metropolitan Medical Association will no longer cooperate.

    2:09 why? they don't cooperate.

2:11 Even though it's such a good medicine.

2:12 It was used by 3.5 billion times, people all over the world.

    2:17 It is amazing.

2:19 In America, a lot of lives are saved

2:21 So, Ivermectin got the Nobel Prize.

2:23-2:27 And the doctors, who use ivermectin say that there is no such good medicine, and because the next day the symptoms disappear like a lie.

2:31-2:34 However, it is said that there is a paper that states that this is not the case, but if you look closely, the timing of administration is late.

2:37-2:39 Therefore, it is the most important to be diagnosed and take it immediately.

2:41-2:42 Prophylactic administration is good, but the number of drugs is insufficient. If there are a number of drugs, I would like to do prophylactic administration.

2:45-2:28 It is that, being able to diagnose and treat immediately by a practitioner, it is best to be able to do ivermectin.

2:50-2:54 If possible, antibody cocktail therapy to patients who have risk to be severe, should be given by a practitioner, I think.

2:55-2:59 We have enough weapons for fight to COVID, and there are many more medicines, so it's okay to leave it to the hospital. I think so.

3:00 The practitioner should becomes a breakwater, I think.

3:02-3:06 First of all, I said the above story in Prime News and Viking TV program.

3:07-3:10 For that reason, being able to diagnose and treat immediately is that makes these goals in.

3:13-3:17 It's not such a scary illness. If we can diagnose and treat it like that, COVID will not be a scary illness at all.

3:19-3:20 By the way, the system of law is that waits for patients to become serious-case, and leaves patients alone.

3:22-3:29 This law is the content of the law called ‘Infectious diseases such as new influenza’ where the current COVID is placed.

3:32 A lot of lives was killed by this law.

3:32-3:36 I don't want to repeat this mistake in Tokyo and Osaka, when coming 5th surge.

3:41-3:48 I hope that the politicians who are watching this will understand my thoughts. That is all
